Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which entitles you to initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your purchased items.
For a return to be deemed valid, your items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and packed in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your request.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain items are excluded from our return policy, including but not limited to custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), underwear, and rush-order services. If you have any doubts about the return eligibility of your specific purchase, please contact our team for clarification.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to obtain your desired item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a separate order for the new item you wish to receive.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for EU Customers
Notwithstanding the 30-day return policy stated above, customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason without providing a justification. The same condition requirements apply: items must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. For approved refunds, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund to your account, as this timeline may vary by financial institution.
