Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed or accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Intimate apparel and underwear
  • Orders placed with expedited or rush production services
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend submitting a return request for the original product first. After the return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred replacement item.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
