Cancellation Policy

We understand that choosing the perfect dress for a special occasion is an important decision. To provide flexibility while accounting for the production and processing of each order, we have established the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund. This includes the complete order amount as well as any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

If a cancellation request is submitted more than 24 hours after payment confirmation but before the order has been shipped, a partial refund may be issued.

The refund will include the full shipping fee and 50%–90% of the product price. A cancellation and processing fee of 10%–50% of the product value may be deducted to cover material preparation, labor, and administrative costs that have already been incurred.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
